Well, did you?Leon Marchand ripped a 1:56.25 in the 200 IM at French Nationals but what was most impressive about it wasn't the overall time. Leon's middle 100 was one of the fastest in history splitting 28.6 on the backstroke leg and 32.8 on the breaststroke leg. With a little more rest comes better first 50 speed, also known as easy speed, as well as better closing speed. We might see our next 1:54.99 (or better) 200 IM at World Championships this summer.
