Regan Smith doubled up with a second victory tonight with a win in the women’s 200 fly at the 2021 Toyota U.S. Open Championships. After dominating the women's 200 back with a meet record earlier in the night, Smith picked up a second title with a 2:10.58 in the 200 fly to end her meet. Leah Gingrich posted a second-place time of 2:11.02 with Amanda Ray rounding out the top three with a time of 2:11.51.
